Two Types of Noise-Cancelation
The HS-1500BT II features two types of noise-canceling technology. Active Noise Cancelation (ANC) reduces ambient background noise and AI powered Noise Cancelation blocks background noises like airport sounds, barking dogs, crying babies, and fans in bustling offices. This product is good for coworking spaces, coffee shops, airports, or home use, and is designed with two microphones to eliminate background office and hybrid work sounds, providing clear and noise-free communications for calls
Dual Connection
The HS-1500BT II features dual connection with smartphones for seamless switching between devices, offering versatile connectivity with the option to disable Bluetooth and use as a USB-C headset. This headset can be used while charging via the included USB-C charging cable for uninterrupted productivity and has up to 20 hours of battery life in Bluetooth mode

FAQs

Can I use this headset while charging and connect to both a computer and phone?
Yes. The headset can charge while in Bluetooth mode or switch to USB mode by disconnecting Bluetooth. It can stay connected to your computer via the USB-C dongle while also paired to your smartphone for easy device switching.
Why won't the device pair after it's turned back on after automatically powering down?
If not connected to a device for 15 minutes, the headset turns off automatically. To reconnect, power on the headset and press the button on the Bluetooth dongle once to reactivate it.
Can I use this headset with PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo consoles?
This headset is not intended for use with gaming consoles and is designed for use with computers and smartphones. Most consoles do not support the drivers required for this headset.
How long does the battery last, and can I use it while charging?
The headset offers up to 20 hours of battery life in Bluetooth mode and can be used while charging through USB-C.
What is the difference between ANC and AI noise cancellation?
